Overall, it feels good and I’ve been using it to relax, but I do feel like they made it a bit firmer than it needed to be. Still comfy, just not quite as gentle as I was hoping

I ordered it from HoMedics and it showed up quickly, which I appreciated. The box was in good shape, all the pieces looked clean, and nothing seemed scratched or loose when I pulled it out. I always notice little stuff like how the cord is wrapped and whether the plastic tabs feel flimsy, and everything seemed fine there.
The actual setup took longer than I thought it would. The instructions were bare-bones and skipped over a couple of small details, like exactly how one piece was supposed to line up before tightening it. I kept second-guessing myself because the diagram made it look slightly different than the real part in my hand.
It’s working now, so I’m not unhappy with the purchase, but I do think the setup guide could be clearer, especially for the price. A few extra notes or close-up pictures would’ve saved me from having to search online and stare at one connector for ten minutes. Not a dealbreaker, just mildly annoying.

I’ve had this for about a year now and it’s still working fine. It feels sturdy, sturdier than some others I’ve used, but... anyway, I’m just hoping it keeps lasting.

I picked up this HoMedics humidifier because my room gets really dry at night, and I was getting tired of waking up with that scratchy throat feeling. The mist comes out strong right away, which is a big improvement over my old one that barely did anything.

I ordered this from homedics.com i was happy with it once it finally showed up. The waiting part was frustrating, especially because I was looking forward to using it at night. But the noise level is way lower than I expected. I can run it while I sleep and it doesn’t bother me or wake anyone else up. It’s just a soft hum, which is actually nice.

Well... it works fine and doesn’t take up a ton of space at home, which I do appreciate. But when it comes to carrying it around or packing it up, it’s just okay. I expected it to be a little more convenient, but it feels kind of bulky once you’re actually using it. Not a bad product, just not quite as travel-friendly as I was hoping.

I’ve been using it for my back pain it’s made a noticeable difference. The pain feels way less intense now, which I wasn’t totally expecting... but I’m really glad I gave it a try.

The filters rinse out really fast, which I appreciate. I still have to wipe it down regularly though. And then suddenly, if I skip it for a few days, it looks like I abandoned it in a garage

I picked this up hoping it would help with my lower back pain, it does help on some days. It’s definitely not a miracle cure or anything, I wish, and after using it for a bit, the massage can start to feel a little weak. Shipping was totally fine, no complaints there. For the price, I’d say it’s okay. Not amazing, but not bad either.

Needed new filters and found them fast. Price was fair, checkout was easy. No complaints.
